How to book

Submit the booking form. You will receive an email with tour details. Tour details include a detailed meeting place, meeting time, course details, a list of things to bring, and recommended clothing.

In case of bad weather

If inclement weather is forecast, the tour will be held according to the weather forecast at 18:00 the day before the tour. In case of cancellation, we will notify you by e-mail or telephone. In case of cancellation, the participation fee will be fully refunded.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the customer will be subject to the following cancellation charges.
●2 days before the departure: no charge
●1 day before the departure: 50％
●Departure day: 100％

Agreement

□　In participating in outdoor tours operated by Aloha Biketrip, I acknowledge that activities in nature involve the risk of unexpected accidents, and that there are risks that exceed the duty of care of the guides and instructors, and I agree to participate in such activities at my own risk.
□　You have the right to leave at any time if you decide that the tour content is beyond your level and you cannot safely continue.
□　If you have any questions regarding safety during the tour, you have the right to stop the tour at any time and ask the guide any questions you may have.
□　I will cooperate with the guide during the event to ensure that the tour is conducted safely and in accordance with the guide's instructions.
□　I agree to operate my bicycle with due care and in the event of an accident, I will be responsible for handling the bicycle at my own risk, except for first aid at the site, and agree to be compensated within the maximum amount of the insurance coverage provided by Aloha Bike Trips.
